Enerjisa Müşteri Çözümleri’nin önerisi lisanssız elektrik üretim santralleridir. Lisanslı elektrik üretim santralleri mevzuatı daha detaylı ve kurulum süreci uzundur. Ayrıca lisanslı elektrik üretim santralleri kurulum hakkı ancak devletin belirli dönemlerde ilan ettiği ihaleler ve yarışmalar vasıtasıyla gerçekleşir. Enerjisa, öncelikli olarak lisanssız elektrik üretim seçeneğini önerir.
