What is Energy Performance Model?

Energy Performance Model (EPM) is a contract based on energy conservation to be achieved following project implementation. The Energy Performance Contract projects the amount of conservation to be benefitted via the Energy Monitoring & Management Platform and draws up a repayment plan based on the projections.

The contract drawn based on the EPM directly depends on the energy consumption, thus, the performance achieved. EPM determines the monthly payments to Enerjisa throughout the contract period according to the energy conservation rate projected by the Energy Monitoring & Management Platform. Our Company takes the responsibility of the operations throughout the contract period.
