Eligible Consumer Tariffs
As per the decision of Electricity Market Regulation Authority, the eligible consumer limit has been determined as 950 kWh and above for 2024.
Residential subscribers who consumed more electricity than the limit of eligible consumer in the previous calendar year or within the current year can use their right to become eligible consumers.
In case of any kind of termination of their bilateral agreements or if they request it, eligible consumers can purchase electrical energy and / or capacity from the supplier company (company that sells electricity to the consumers who are not eligible consumers / who do not claim their right to become an eligible consumer and who are located in the related distribution area) as part of end resource supply.
