The main purpose of the Distribution Operations Directorate is to perform distribution operations comprehensively and in a planned manner for providing sustainable and qualified energy supply in cities which include Enerjisa Başkent Electricity Distribution Company’s area of responsibility (Ankara, Zonguldak, Kastamonu, Bartın, Karabük, Kırıkkale, Çankırı).
TARGETS
It is to provide sustainable and qualified electrical energy with decreasing the number of customers who are affected from failures by reducing the number and duration of failures in our area of responsibility.
DUTIES
-Providing failure- maintenance- restoration services, offering uninterrupted and qualified electrical energy to customers by decreasing the duration and number of failures,
-Renewing the network, preventing voltage drop and compensating the system to prevent dissipation and leakage of energy,
-Measuring consumption in meters basis, billing consumption according to defined reading periods and delivering them to customers,
-Providing disconnection-connection services for customers who do not pay their debts, customer evacuations and new subscribers on the scope of regulations,
-Changing old and defective meters depending on complaints; carrying out seal and calibration processes of those meters that complete the 10 years seal period, within law no. 3516.,
-Installation and operation of SCADA and automation systems to perform High Voltage Operation,
-Providing wiring offers of new building and facilities and energizing the buildings which have occupancy permits by arranging the wiring agreements,
-Troubleshooting of building wiring networks which are installed by customers,
-Providing temporary approval and energizing processes of third party facilities,
-Carrying out the processes about compensation of customer facility and device damages, animal deaths and farm fires that are caused by our company,
- Providing standardization of materials which are used in all facilities,
- Delivering new investment offers to related units by observing progress in the site and making the investments actualized.
In addition to all of these studies, to convey the demands and suggestions of our social partners, we have been performing studies about problems and solutions of the region by conducting regular meetings with governorships prefectures, mayoralties, local administrations and civil society organizations in our site.
